One to one or group Personal Training offered at your home. Strength Training using Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells & body weight to improve strength, muscle definition and to help control body weight/composition. I also offer Muay Thai and boxing training on focus pads.

Nutrition Coaching

Optimise Your Health

You can't out train a bad diet!! And diet has a huge impact on your long term health. With so much misinformation out there it's becoming increasingly difficult to know what you should and shouldn't eat. Working together I will do a detailed analysis of your diet, and offer advice to improve your diet that will lead to improved health, body composition and performance. There are no quick fix, 'magic pill', 'silver bullet' diets on offer here... this is a long term, healthy diet, with sustainable changes.

Outdoor Group Training

Strength & Fitness

Group fitness outdoors. Bodyweight, dumbbells andKettlebells. Whole body strength training and mobility. No Burpees, no jumping around. Follow my social media pages to stay up to date as these classes are not regularly scheduled.

Hatha Flow Yoga Classes

Downside Village Hall, Cobham, Surrey.

 

Saturday 830am.

 

Soul Strong Hatha Flow class. Hatha yoga is a very broad term referring to any physical yoga practice. As such any physical yoga class is Hatha Yoga. However Hatha Yoga has more recently been used to describe classes where postures are held for longer periods of time, and classes that are perhaps less physically intense than more vigorous Vinyasa Flow classes. 

 

My Hatha Flow classes are sequenced to mobilise and warm the body before a strong standing sequence, followed by a gentle seated sequence. Each pose is held for a minimum of 5 deep breaths, allowing time to find depth and alignment in the pose, before we transition to the next. Each movement and transition is led by the breath. Each pose we bring focus back to the breath. Creating a mindful class that will not only develop strength and flexibility, but will soothe tight and anxious bodies. 

 

At the beginning of each class we spend a few minutes cultivating control of the breath and bringing our focus inward. We will finish each class with some breathe work and relaxation.
