I’m a 500 hour Yoga Teacher (RYT500)', Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach as well as being a Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) Coach.
I integrate my knowledge from Strength & Conditioning, Yoga and Nutrition to bring a well rounded and holistic approach to health, fitness & wellbeing.
I can offer one to one or group Personal Training working towards your health and fitness goals… or if Yoga is more your thing I can offer one to one guidance in your practice.
As a qualified Nutrition Coach/Advisor, I also offer guidance towards achieving a healthy diet to optimise health and help to achieve your fitness goals.
