Personal Training
One to one or group Personal Training offered at your home. Strength Training using Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells & body weight to improve strength, muscle definition and to help control body weight/composition. I also offer Muay Thai and boxing training on focus pads.
Nutrition
You can't out train a bad diet!! And diet has a huge impact on your long term health. With so much misinformation out there it's becoming increasingly difficult to know what you should and shouldn't eat. Working together I will do a detailed analysis of your diet, and offer advice to improve your diet that will lead to improved health, body composition and performance. There are no quick fix, 'magic pill', 'silver bullet' diets on offer here... this is a long term, healthy diet, with sustainable changes.
Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga guidance through Primary & Second Series. Teaching the traditional counted breath movement sequence. Pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra to relax and destress.
